OBD 2 Bluetooth plug does not get power

Hello dear community, I bought an OBD 2 Bluetooth plug and it arrived today, directly tried it, also made a good impression at first, lit it up, appeared on my mobile phone also in the Bluetooth list, connected me. Only somehow it went from there again mountain, no Bluetooth contact anymore and OBD 2 plug no longer lights up. I then tried everything possible first of all whether it was somehow on Bluetooth, Bluetooth off, cell phone off, plug out, since nn maybe if there’s ignition on the car, in combination with plug in and also keys out. Also no. Ging up to read the operating instructions, there was when the light does not light up it may be that it is due to a defect fuse for the cigarette lighter. Under cigarette lighter tried out, worked. Engine started, plug in also no. Now to the theories I have, either the plug has screwed my fuse, this would be the case if unlike in the OBD 2 connection operating instructions would somehow go over another fuse like the cigarette lighter or the fuse of the plug itself has burned through. What do you think.Data: Car: Opel Astra J 1.7cdti OBD 2 plug: OBDCheck VP11 by Veepeak Greetings.
