Warranty Kia – no workshop appointments

On all KIA owners, KIA is extremely sensitive with the smallest exceedances to the service interval, the guarantee expires very quickly. On the other hand, KIA is known to offer workshop appointments only with very long lead times, so I had to search for a long time, which offers me an appointment after four weeks waiting time. 1650 km before the service date (142 days) I get the information that the inspection is due. Every week I drive more than 600 km, i.e., the 4 weeks are not enough, one-two appointments i Customers in addition – and already the kilometers have been exceeded – or leave a car, happen at the moment. As a professional frequent driver this is not acceptable, because KIA does not have enough workshops under contract to get an appointment at least after two weeks. Furthermore, KIA is not able to answer an e-mail to the customer service in due time (I have been waiting for 2 weeks without answer). Conclusion: KIA – knows neither the needs of its customers (or does it want to – does not stand aside the customer – leaves the customer “hanging” – forces the customer to leave the car – produces costs (a car that is costing without equivalent) – does not (me) work, or has to take another AUto – if I have that. At the moment I collect experiences of other KIA owners, since I think about it at the moment to file a lawsuit, because KIA does not offer the possibility to implement the service that they themselves require sufficiently promptly, here I would also like to think about a class action.
