Hello friends, for days I have been searching this forum for sound information for my purchase decision, unfortunately so far only moderate success. Most here joke and here and for me this is not so helpful. I indulge with the idea of buying an Alfa 156 station wagon, either 1.8 TS or 1.9 JTD, I really fell in love with the design. What I could read out so far was a great susceptibility for tooth belt cracks in the petrol engine, bad brakes, clapping I have also read at doyoh and ciao, I would be very close to you if I could benefit from your experiences. Thank you for your patience in reading! Please help me with the purchase decision and to prevent possible dummy errors.
