Good day together I have problems with my JVC KD-R741BT when connecting to bluetooth. It always fails. No matter which smartphone I want to connect it to, it just doesn’t work. I’ve had the problem for a long time, but before that it went without any problems. I go to Bluetooth audio,then I choose to connect to JVC Unit on my cell phone,then the coupling comes,both devices are found. Afterwards the PIN number is on the car radio,which also appears on the cell phone and I compare it. n should be whether both are identical, it is also. Then I press confirm on both devices. Then comes the message from the car radio: VOL YES, BACK NO! On the mobile phone it is also on, which it did not work. I have the radio already reset, but even after reset it did not work.
