Problem with the power amplifier cabling

Good afternoon. Have a problem with the wiring of my power amplifier. The data of the system are: Kenwood Subwoofer KSC-W1200B and the power amplifier is a Kenwood KAC 821. The radio is a JVC R981BT. The whole is installed in an E36 Coupe, 4 cylinders, battery front. My problem is as follows: I have already wired some systems but this one wants to not run. There is no sound from the woofer. It just clacks, so it turns off. The whole thing is with an ACV Kab elset 20mm2 wired. It seems to me as if the stage was switched off directly again and I don’t really know any more because I’ve never had such a problem before. The cables couldn’t bend great, ground point is the holder of the sounders under the back seat. However, I couldn’t pull any result as I went directly from the battery to the stage with 2 separate cables. Sometimes the woofer goes quite quietly however as soon as I turn a little louder or the controllers The mass point should actually work, in this way has already wired several systems without any problems. Could a defect be present at the power stage? Or is it possibly due to the chinch cables because the said clapping occurs only with music, that is, I pull off the cables he also does no more clapping. Please advice, I am at a loss.
