I had the first tracks already after just under 15,000 km and they explained that there would have been metal chips there while painting and they improved it after. Before the next inspection I noticed that the rust under the bonnet started to bloom. Thought it would only be n bit of rust but still claimed it (l I was told that I was right and that we had to watch it. Since I am a frequent driver, I thought I would move it to the next inspection, but forgot to mention it there again. At the 75,000 they promised me that they would inquire and contact me. Didn’t happen. Since I had a lot to do afterwards I forgot it again and went eider also late for inspection. No problem, the car dealership would take care of itself. Only when? Well now I had him to 96. .000 he inspection. (as said a lot of work and little time) and finally wanted to know what is with the rust. Well at last a request was made to Renault and see there… Renault does not take care of the costs. Because I did not keep the maintenance intervals. What a bad boy I am. So, I buy goods, which was not ok from the beginning and must pay despite repeated (unfortunately only oral) request for clarification a possible repair itself. A part of the debt trif of course, because I have failed to let anything be given to me in writing already at the first appearance of the rust and then let it stop too long. But I do not accept this with the inspection, because for me the bonnet and the door handle is not a wear part and therefore also does not have to be serviced regularly.
