Hello! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out in other posts, so I ask my question here: For a few days now I have been trying in vain to connect to our XC90 (EZ. 7/2017) via iPhone. In the settings menu “Communication” of my Sensus (here both Bluetooth and WiFi) everything seems to work so far, only the Internet logo at the top left of the main display remains persistently crossed out, although in the respective submenu BT and Wlan the connection is marked as active. Globally I also get the message (e.g. within the download center) that no connection to the service is possible.
