Customer service Punto EVO

Hello Fiat-Gemeinde, I know that this topic already exists at Motor-Talk, but I could despair: Punto EVO 1.2 8V, EZ 09/10 – mileage 14,000 KM I got a letter from the dealer asking me to have the upcoming “annual customer service” done soon.This annual customer service has to be done, otherwise, for example, warranty services expire. This is like a threat for me. During a personal conversation with the dealer I was explained “Otherwise, the guarantee is forfeited. Also, in later attempts to regulate any defect by kulanz would generally be rejected. In the manual with the prgrammed maintenance there is nothing from this annual customer service. Here it is clearly stated when which things are to be done. The Punto hardly drives urban traffic and is not used under difficult conditions. To the question at the dealer, why this oil change n I don’t know what I’m talking about. I think that’s just money-making from the dealer. I don’t have a problem with this oil-change, what I’m sick of is this blackmail behavior. I sent an e-mail to “[email protected]”, with exactly this content written here, because I really don’t know who to believe, the dealer or the operator’s manual. Has anyone had the same experience?
