can Volvo benefit from the scrapping premium ?

Which manufacturers are most likely to benefit from the “wasting premium” ? I don’t think Volvo so much. Who drives a scrappy car will usually tend to be a “needed” or a cheap new or annual car under 20,000,- Euro. Dacia Sandero or Suzuki Splash, both new under 10,000,- that would certainly be a good idea, you don’t have to pay a lot on it. Is that right ? Rolo
