The boss of the workshop said this happens more often when cars have been standing longer. He deleted the error and I also informed the dealer about everything. My first question, does that fall under the warranty? My second question, how do we behave correctly and how does the dealer behave correctly? I have already informed him that he has to run very much after there, unfortunately, the dealer also said that we can still drive with it because the mistake is not so bad. That’s what the boss of the car repair shop said. Question 3: The car dealer house is about 70 km away from our place of residence, can the dealer tell us, for example, that we have to come back there so that you can check the error in the workshop or do we have the right to go to a specialist workshop?
