My wife has had an older small 50 cc Kymco scooter for years. He clearly exceeds the registered height speed of 50 km/h. The speedometer needle usually wanders over it in the direction of 70 km/h with tailwind. I used to drive a car after that, which was about 65 km/h for me on the speedometer.
