The buyer wants to transfer the car to another country (because he doesn’t have the possibility to bring the car by trailer or trailer), but needs someone with residence in the vicinity of the vehicle, which he (except me) does not have. However, he has only got this information now, contract is signed and deposit made. In case of emergency he will bite in the sour apple and order a forwarding agent for a lot of money. h now asked if I would take over this role against e.g. 100€, because the costs for the forwarding company would amount to approx. 1500€ for it. The wording for this in my municipality reads about: “If there is no residence/corporate seat in the federal territory, a receiving authorised representative (responsible person in case of delivery of postal items for the holder, natural person, no company) with residence in … must be named. the owner of the vehicle must be immediately forwarded to the owner of the vehicle.” According to the buyer, however, it is purely a matter of receiving communications, if they cannot be delivered at his stated place of residence abroad during the period of transfer until the registration date (which, however, does not mean that the owner of the vehicle is entitled to receive such communications). They would end up with me and I would have to pass them on. I don’t know what’s right now. Would you like to get involved in this? Is that safe or do you take any risk with it? Maybe someone has already had experiences with it or knows something exact…
