Can you buy a good conscience?

Hello guys, I also want to enjoy the scooter this year. I’ve read a bit here and made myself smart as well. I want a simple scooter (50ccm) for the city – no overland tours, just to drive to the lake and get around in the city. At the same time the fun in the purchase must not be too expensive – operating costs are ok if workshop visits do not take over. Now I came across the following offer at Ebay:http://cgi.ebay.de/w s/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130197244441 Since I have already searched for something here, the feedback on Jinlun Roller was not always so positive, but always in connection with conversion work and tuning. Since I have nothing of the kind, but just want to drive, I wonder now if I can approach the offer up there (of course only after test drive etc.) purely from the starting point? Are Jinlun Roller ok (for my requirements)? If not, would I be interested in w o you get your scooter here. Maybe ebay is not the ideal starting place. I live in Berlin and would like to invest about 300-400 euros for a well-kept used one. Thanks already to all who have read up here and can give me tips. Greeting Robert
