Costs of third-party cars?

Good morning, I would be interested to see how a third car or fourth car is classified.. At home it is like this: – Mum + Stepdad drive a Fiat Punto which is in the first contract (with my mum) down to 35%. – My mum has insured my Fiesta and indicated me as a driver, since my mum has registered for 17 years a second car (stop of the car from my dad) the percentage of the Fiesta is already down to 35% (very good for me!!) – What if my small car he brother (will be developed in October 18) and would like to have a car of his own? Can you also insure the car to 35% like the other two cars or will it be classified to 140% (beginner class)? I just want to avoid (again) admitting a car to myself, because I have only 4 damage-free years in October and then would enter with somewhere at 60%. (I had already insured a car on myself for 2 years) Can you get the car from me in the brother also register on my grandpa? He can no longer drive a car.. would then be quasi first car with 30%.. does this with the insurance? How is this actually with the contract of my stepdad? He insured about 15 years ago times a car on himself, but then sold and since then only run over my mum.. Can these 15 damage-free years be counted? … headwish lets greet. yo-chi
