Do you need plastic cleaners AND caregivers?

So for the cockpit the “Dash Away” is supposed to be good, but then I read that this is only a cleaner and then a plastic caregiver should be used. I don’t understand that. Isn’t plastic going to be clean automatically if you wipe over with care products, or is the Dash Away not a UV protection at the same time, so caregiver? Besides, I need something for the plastic outside, there are special means like Finish Kare 317 . Interestingly then however a Find again from the same manufacturer the finish Kare 108, a means for plastic care both inside and outside. Does this make sense here: 1. Clean plastic inside and outside with Dash Away 2. Treat plastic inside and tires with Finish Kare 108 3. Treat plastic outside with Finish Kare 317 Or rather the “Chemical Guys Natural Shine Dressing”, which according to the manufacturer “Cleans and protects in one operation” for inside and the FK 317 for outside?
