Hello, yesterday something unusual happened to me and indeed I left my A5 in FFM for the winter tire change. The branch in FFM was so friendly and decided to drive my A5 from the branch 1 in FFM to another after the work is done because the 2 branch close to my job, but since no factory city was open. As far as everything nice and good only happened then the incredible and indeed called me the branch d as my car would be ready to pick up. Unfortunately, what would have happened to my car!!! The company that brought the car from one Audi branch to another, has parked the car on the yard and drove to my door when disposing O_o . My dealer has apologized 100 times and the extreme company also takes over the damage of course etc. but I see Audi there nevertheless in the responsibility to compensate me though comes today a good opinion because of the depreciation but that is with an estimated damage (door is exchanged) 1500€ of which you can get about 10% reduction in value so ridiculous 150€. And I have all the trouble, Audi deserves it now still by the reperatur!!!! What should I get out of Audi still in the end effect I have taken my car and get a broken again that probably can not be, even if Audi did not happen directly they commissioned the company!!! Should I turn on a lawyer or bring that anyway??? What does I mean? r to it??? Have now an 8 month old accident car and get for it only 150€ compensation !!!! And from the car dealership nothing!!!
