Experience with lowering springs or coil suspension

Hello, I would like to have my Model 3 SR+ a little deeper. However, it should still remain normally mobile. Therefore, I fluctuate between lowering springs or coiled suspension. Whereby the coiled suspension offers even more possibilities. Therefore, first of all some questions about this. 1. Are the serial dampers sufficient, to whom one installs e.g. ST lowering springs? Is the driving comfort still sufficient, since I was quite hard with H&R in the Audi at the time? Are there already reports m it the springs in the Tesla? 2. If coiled suspension, which is recommended, ST XA or KW V3 ? The KW can be adjusted in pressure and tension stage, the ST only in the pressure stage. Does this bring so many advantages? VG Michael
