Now it turns out that the seller does not have the letter, or has to trigger. Since I have no desire to forward the money to her (then I would be pretty stupid), I want to have my deposit again. What do I do if she does not pull out the deposit? The purchase contract is invalid, in which also the deposit was kept, since the seller is not the owner of the pkw, but this has stated in the purchase contract. Mfg
