I’m looking for a 650i E63/64 design that avoids engine and transmission problems

Hello dear forum, I just bought a 2010 BMW 650i Cabriolet with 45,000 km. It’s my second e64/63 650, after I had one 6 years and tried several other V8 GTs. Now I know that the e63/64 650 is the one. I am neither an experienced car mechanic nor a do-it-yourselfer, but as far as I understand Timm-s repair & information and others, everything is about preventive maintenance. I want to keep this car forever, so I’m ready I drive it about 5,000 km a year in the dry area around Athens, safely stored in a garage. Can anyone support me here with a detailed maintenance plan, which is regular, after what time or mileage is to be done, even if no fault or failure has occurred so far? Very welcome would be a comprehensive maintenance proposal with precise designation of liquids, seals and other Spare parts that I can pass on as a specification to the workshop of my trust. I have learned that the BMW plan is not enough, for example with the mechatronic transmission. Thank you for your support!
