Insurance does not want to pay for impairment

Dear Forum members, about 8 weeks ago my parking vehicle was hit. The driver’s door was completely destroyed and had to be replaced. An independent expert attested a reduction in value of 250.— Euro, since the damage must be stated when the vehicle was resold, the door no longer contains the original lamination and had to be injected into the other body parts in order to adjust the lamination. the impairment with the argument that a replaced door is an exchange part and no impairment is considered. I have so far not engaged a lawyer to regulate the accident. Now my questions: – What experience have you had with the regulation of impairments ? – Who will bear the costs of a lawyer if I want to claim the impairment ? I was completely innocent of the accident. Unfortunately, I am not covered by legal protection .
