Links – LG HH ruling and previous case law of the EUJ – consequences for MT?

Hello and Moin Moin, this morning I found the following article in the local newspaper:http://www.shz.de/…/…g-verlinken-kann-advertising-advertising-id15556081.html So clearly to me the possible consequences, which can develop from it, but not yet. It says there that private users, however, are not yet prosecuted, then seems to be only a question of time… Now to my actual problem: Due to copyright I have been avoiding it for years, e.g. in case of help or questions in the forum, copy pictures from the net and set them as an attachment to the post. I use the link function. Now there are also questions about certain parts and installation positions. In the VW area, ETKA, the VW spare parts catalog, is recommended. This is of course protected by copyright, so can not be used. Help then offer foreign pages, which provide this catalog or parts of it openly for use. Links there are often placed for illustrative purposes. Are there serious problems for the user or MT? The disclaimer for the use of links on external websites seems to be useless in the opinion of the LG. So what do you do? Will MT delete such links in the future? Users warn or even block them?
