Good day together! I had my windshield repaired in a parking lot from a shopping center, i.e. stone strike removal. It seemed rather strange to me but what should it happen and at least I wasn’t the only one. Data passed, went shopping, when I was at the car, everything was done. Five stone impact points were removed and entered into such a damage record or only three. I asked the guy again how it would be ft etc. He says from Teilkasko the damage is taken over by the insurance and without SB and I do not need to worry about anything. Today I got a letter from my insurance, quote letter: Dear Mr. XXXX, unfortunately we can not refund the repair costs, because the sum falls under the agreed self participation. Quotation end. Shortly after I read the letter and called my insurance, I called the operator of this company and he confirmed But it wouldn’t be a problem, he would bear the costs. Now the questions to you; – did I have been pulled over the table? – is that because of the insurance? – does someone know the operator/the company? – did someone also have the same/similar experience?
