Peugeot 406 3.0 v6 tooth changes

Hello to all Peugeot drivers here: I have a Peugeot 406 Coupe with 3.0 V6 (140KW/190PsMotor) and sometimes a question in which distances the timing belt has to be changed one says every 100000km another says every 6 years what the now ? I bought my car with 110000km 2009 and had the timing belt + water pump made (since the previous owner didn’t even know the car has timing belts). Now I have 140000km down and it is 2015 and I think if I have to make a year old timing belt. or not ?I only drove 30000km in the 6years, because he just so soaks. I am now with and build it myself around on gas(that the gasfutzi can read quietly I say only 3200,-€ for 6 cylinder probably has a Macke )Has someone changed such a thing already?I also have a workshop CD for the car which is not quite buckle why do the locked camshaft wheels have to be adjusted in the long hole despite locking? and you need this super expensive tooth belt tensioner undisturbed ngsmesser? which costs more than 250,-€. Because the tension would have to arise if you can easily move this 4 edge in and out of the tensioner or ? I saw a video on YouTube, where a timing belt at Peugeot 406 Coupe changes only in French. Didn’t look hard and I have more than enough time of that I thought, I change you to the topic of timing belts.
