Read OT correctly with OM651

Hi me would be interested, how I read the OT correctly at the crankshaft at the OM651. The construction with the aluminium cast rail seems a bit unfortunate solved. The question is: do I look vertically at the block and then have the OT marking in flight with the rail (which already seems very inaccurate) or do I look at the side/light side? As can be seen on the picture, the markings are also difficult to recognize, even in good light conditions. Greetings – Philizzz
