Hello, I want to sell a car online for the first time and I am faced with many questions and few answers, hope someone can help me here. Pictures are made and the car is ready to be put online. I bought a prepaid card because I don’t like to put my real phone or cell phone number on the net. But how exactly does this work now? I put this in and it calls me three people. I can’t order all because in the stupidest case two drive for free, no one wants it either. Does it mean if I have an appointment I don’t accept any more ? Vlt with the hint that it is possible to have it in x days ? Then someone wants to buy the car….I can’t sign it off beforehand, since I still drive it until the sale. I would also hate to give it away with vehicle registration and letter. There are contract forms in which I type in the sales date and a deadline for the registration of my car for the buyer. r do not sign off and thus build an accident or worse, is this contract then legally usable or liable then I as “still” vehicle owner ? How to trigger such a thing more meaningful ? Which contract forms do you know ? Which one is best suited ? Have now the one of the ADAC here, which looks quite usable . Let your test drives do ? Do you put there kilometers or times ahead which can be driven at most ? And if someone wants to “reserve” the car then, only against advance payment ne hme ich an ? So many questions.
