Both are offered and both flushes should be added to the old oil, let the engine run 10-20min and then make the oil change. Furthermore, I wonder if I have to drain about 1l of waste oil before, because then the flush is added and then would be too much in the engine if you should let it run. My colleague also said that after the flushing you should definitely degrade the oil tank and clean the sieve from the oil pump. Since it could be joined by larger dirt parts that are released during the flushing.
