Hello, yesterday we found a serious buyer for our car, who urgently needs the car. Now we noticed yesterday evening that we can no longer find the car letter and therefore can not log off the car. We have to (if it does not show up after all) then next week apply for a new one. Is there still a way to sell the car now? I can now imagine 2 possibilities: 1.) We have the car registered and give the purchase the car with our license plates. Problem is, how secure do I get in case of an accident? Do I have to check with the insurance? 2.) We hold our license plates, pay the seller a red number for the transitional period and as soon as the letter is there, we report the car and send the new letter to the seller.
