Hello together, even if the question is somewhat curious, yet very important : First of all : My renter and I had a very good relationship with each other. He had allowed me to put my car, free of charge, on his private parking space that is in front of the house. He wants to sell the apartment now, and to disgust us as soon as possible out.. he had to get my car away, now also my scooter way…I did that now also immediately..but my scooter has no license plate up to date. Since I am not allowed to put the scooter on the street, I now came to the following idea : I rented to this apartment, a garden to it. The garden belongs to my renter completely aleine. So not a “community garden”, but his property. But now I have rented this with…..now I ask myself the question : May I park my 50cc scooter in my rented garden or not? Since we have theatre, I have been to the German Tenant Association… also because of a garden thing..there it was called from the lawyer: I can do what I want in my garden, store garbage, put on rats or put off health-hedged things….But whether the weed grows or not, nobody is interested in anything (that was the topic).
