Alcohol test – more clearly over 1.5 on the box the good woman. Was also reported to the police by several other drivers before (road danger). So the good lady was clearly alcoholic.Now the question: Does her liability pay in this case? From whom do I get the money again? Who do I have to turn to now? Thank you for the help in advance.
