CPI Hussar does not start

I have a problem. A buddy of mine brought me the scooter of his daughter. According to their statement, the part just went out during the ride and doesn’t start now. I’ve already changed the spark plug, is now a new one. Ignition spark is there. Carburettor dismantled and the nozzles looked, are both free. When I hold my hand behind the carburettor, I noticed that it sucks in. When I hold my hand behind the exhaust, I also notice that it leaves out. What seems strange to me, however, is this: There is quite a lot of fluid in the crankcase, which is thrown out of the opening for the membrane block during the star test (electrically). Is this normal or does it not have to be relatively dry with the two-stroker? I don’t know so much about two-strokers, rather screw around cars. What else could I check? Greeting m_driver
