Impairment class Transfer, downgrading, percentages

I hope someone here can help me, because my case seems quite complicated to me right now and I’m not looking through it anymore. There are three points that may be taken for themselves, but a big problem arises, which I should cleverly do in this situation. So the following situation: Point 1: The cars I have driven so far (student, 29) have always been admitted to my father. That should change now and the damage caused by the car is not the same. Since I have a good 11 years driving license, I should get a maximum of class 11, right? Well, the insurance ran regularly but only for the last eight years, before that there was a year break, my first car I drove for two years. Is that somehow relevant that there was a break or count only the current class 13 minus the two years. If I look at the HDI customer information here (page 29), I read something of 32%. Can someone tell me how this fits together? So, and now the lead me really complicated part: When I parked I have a car striped, the insurance case is there, time could be typical At the moment, the insurance company is still running on my father, which is supposed to change as I said. From his class 13 he would be downgraded to class 4 or 5, yes by table, where I don’t know which one is really going to be used. Now the question arises, what this means for my transfer, whether it would not be wiser to wait for the insurance case to be settled. Long speech, short sense I try to find out what costs will be coming on me, whether it might not be more useful to change the insurance (HDI is not necessarily the cheapest, at least not if it is possible after the recommendation table) or to restart at SF 1/2 and so on. I hope that is not too much of the good now, but maybe at least parts can be clarified. Wouldn’t be a great thing.
