Moin, I am unfortunately (or fortunately) not familiar with this topic at all. The following situation: My brother (22 years) has had a new car insurance since 01.01.2011 (liability + comprehensive). He drives with the insurance of my parents, i.e. SF25. Right in January he had a glass damage, which was regulated by the partial cascade. Now in May he had a self-inflicted accident with quite high damage. Now the insurance has terminated him with the reason, three damages (i (ch only knows of two) within a year –> Risk too high The insurance is talking about three damages, since the accident was regulated in May both over the full and the liability. 1. Question: Does any of you have experience with what it looks like when you cancel the insurance, if you want to take out a new (forcibly comprehensive) with another company, apart from the downgrading? 2. Question: Where does this originally come from, that the insurance is based on two or three damages canceled? Is the discretionary issue of the insurance? In small print I can’t really find anything? MFG Jochen
