So I wanted to set up an info here, so that others might also know about this case. Helps someone. I’ve had the EQB since just before the turn of the year, now it has 1500km. Last week it’s loaded from 12% to 21%, and suddenly cancelled the load. After calling Mercedes, I had turned it off for 15 minutes, locked it off and left it alone. Then it starts normally. On the same evening, other quick loaders, charge from 19% to 54%, stop again, and report about malfunction: drive system disturbed, not tow. This time nothing helped, emergency service had to come, battery jammed helped nothing, was towed to the workshop. That was Tuesday evening. On Friday it was said that he was finished, but had to leave the development My Mercedes Me App shows, however, that the EQB was apparently driven down to 9%, and then a charging attempt was made, which obviously led to a charging error at 52% again. I keep up to date on how things continue. I am of course very angry, brand new EQB, and I have been driving around with an A-Class for 5 days…??
