Dear car friends, I am very desperate. I have a Peugeot 309 II, 1.4 petrol, year 1991. My Peugeot 309 was standing in the yard for half a year without movement. The battery was completely empty. Just the ADAC gave me starting aid and the car also started immediately. Only after 100 meters the STOP signal went on in the amature board but the car drove still quite normally. After that the temperature indicator quickly rose over 100 degrees. After another kilometer I turned off the car. Then I wanted to start the engine again but it was too little power for it. But the red stop light in the speedometer lit up at least very weakly. What should I do? I’m very desperate. Chris309
