Hello first of all, I changed the steering head bearings on my scooter on Friday and saw on the speedometer that there are 2 pears for the tacho lighting…. These pears have never worked for 3 years…. This board is completely rusty on the frame…. Can it be due to the rusting? Or are the pears decoy? Thanks already Sanniboy1210
