R8 sets up with front lip

Hello, my girlfriend’s R8 recently pulled on the winter tires. Today, two mishaps happened to me with the car. First I drove on a supermarket parking lot over a long plastic hill and put on the underfloor. Shortly afterwards I drove into a parking garage on the same day and drove the ramps (unsettled about the parking incident) extremely creeping to not put on the front lip. However, it was not possible without putting on the parking garage. I have the suspicion that the workshop has sluggished when changing tyres and has set the car too low. I would like to say that the track and fall of the car were adjusted immediately before the tyre change. In addition, the summer rims have 19 inch, the winter rims only 18 inch. Last winter, however, it was easily possible to drive through the said parking garage. My question is specifically how much cm the minimum distance in the underfloor is And in general, my question is to what extent the tyre change in the workshop is to be considered defective. Thank you very much in advance.
