Hello all, I had an accident in mid-December, in which I went out that I was to blame, at least partial debt. The police took the accident, the insurances were informed. I took photos of my damaged car, then had it repaired and sold. So far so well. Yesterday I called the opponent’s insurance company and wanted to inquire to what extent the procedures were advanced. To my astonishment I had to find that I had only a small T a call to my insurance company confirmed this to me, the claims of my accident opponent are only paid at 30%. Unfortunately, I could not find out my quota yet, because the responsible clerk was not there. However, I was told to send the invoice and pictures of the damaged car with the opposing insurance company. Actually, I simply thought. But far from missing all pictures of the car sin d away. I recently had PC problems, which now show their full impact. Since the pictures were only digitally stored, there are no paper copies either. Other copies unfortunately also not. Even the pictures were taken by the police, nothing has become. My question, therefore, can the insurance refuse the damage regulation because of the missing pictures? I can present a repair bill. Do I have to get involved with the insurance on a compromise? An answer would be very h helpful, since I want to call the aunt of the insurance tomorrow and want to mentally adjust to a strategy. Thank you already. Greetings Kuddemuddel
