Hello together, bought me new winter tyres and new aluminium wheels. At home we opened the packages (tested for damage) and glued them again. I brought rims and tires to a serious Mercedez workshop. Couldn’t pull up any tyres that day (defect on the machine, nobody wanted to tell me exactly) Next day I could pick up the wheels ready. 1 employee helped me invite, he packed them in bags. When unloading, I noticed damage to 2 rims, then I called them. I assume that this was working with a Montiereisen! I should come by on 4.10.2016 to talk about it. What rights do I have?
