Hi Leutz! I have the following problem: I bought myself a new Rivero SP 54 (as a 50s version) last week. Now on Monday I wanted to make a small round with the scooter when he suddenly started to jerk around. Situation: I drove through the neighboring town at just under 50, when the scooter suddenly lost power and sounded like he couldn’t get any fuel. Then I stopped and he went out on his own. I could start 2 times after that – he also accelerated I called the ADAC to have the scooter dragged into the workshop. The ADAC man told me that either the CDI was broken or the valve play was too low. The workshop says that only the spark plug is broken, but the Pe***r can’t get the right spark plug since Tuesday and told me today that it can’t be repaired until next week. D about my question to all the professionals here (I myself am in the field of layman): Do you really think that this is just the spark plug, or do you think the dealer wants to stall me for something?
