Hello together, this is my first post I hope I’m doing everything right. I’m going to be 15 this September and I want to look for a scooter now that I can ride the scooter on time. As mentioned I will be 15, so the scooter should have a throttle (or a guide on how to install this simple). I don’t know exactly how much I have to plate for it, the scooter should be either NEW or used in good condition. I would say so about 1000€ can I Would you recommend something to pay for it?
