Service costs / customer service FK8

Hello everyone! After having my FK8 now one year and 8000 km was now also the first customer service due. I had this with my Honda dealer, where I bought my FK8 now carried out. Since my dealer is about 40 km away from me, there was a car rental for one day free of charge. On the whole I am also reasonably satisfied. At the delivery then also an outdoor car wash was offered to me free of charge and is sucked out also the nice I have to say that my Honda dealer has also added a 5 year warranty extension when buying the car. And the condition is that the service is made with him. I still think that this is extremely high for the very first customer service. Even if you take into account the car wash and the suction, which in the wake (feeling) suddenly vacuum cleaners in the interior I have only washed the FK8 by hand so far and am now almost a little appalled. Especially because the car is anything but clean. What do you have here in the forum for experience with customer service with your Honda dealer? And what was paid for the service? Best regards
