Hello together. My 850er has a service contract and was 2 weeks ago to the service (oil change). When I went to pick up the service consultant was not there and there was basically nothing to talk about. However, I have no information about what was done at all. I got a text message with a link that did not work. In BC the oil and filter change is documented, but there are still other things like brake lining thickness, tire wear etc. The only thing I noticed is I was not particularly amused. I have already called 2 times and had a call back, but nothing is happening. My BMW workshop is on the best way to say goodbye to my regular dealer. How is it normal, usual with the service? I always like to have something in my hand (or as a PDF). That starts with the sale and possibly goes with a sales contract. safety case further – then you have racing to get the documents.
