Hello, I had bought a NEW Golf VI GTI in the car dealership on 01.04.2009 *Monthly rate 480 €*, my insurance runs over the Volkswagen insurance *vollkasko*. On 27.08.2009 I was stolen the car. I drove to the police immediately and indicated a theft against unknown, the Volkswagen insurance immediately sent me a questionnaire to describe how , when , where , etc. vehicle keys and questionnaire I have sent to the insurance, got I have a criminal case *faking a felony !!*. Reason: The 2 keys I had sent to the insurance company were checked and duplicate traces were found. In February 2010 my GTI was found in Holland, because the Dutchman wanted to register the GTI. It turned out that he bought the GTI here in Germany *street purchase* for almost 23,000 € cash, with original vehicle license, vehicle letter and 3 keys * The 2 keys are with the insurance, as well as the vehicle letter still lies at the bank*. Almost 2 months ago the police received the keys, vehicle registration and letter from the Dutch. The police: vehicle registration and letter are fakes and the 3 keys are NOT copied from the original key, but from a completely different car which has been registered for a very long time. What has come out?: Until today the 29.11.2010 I still pay 480 € of the VW bank every month, since the insurance still on the track n the original key is called, but no solid evidence can come up. My lawyer now has to show the insurance, which delays everything even more * up to 6 months*. I have already paid about 900€ at the VW bank and have slowly thought about whether I will ever see the money again!!. The GTI is still standing at the buyer in Holland and nothing happens.
