Hello, I try to describe it in terms of content and briefly. Location: One-way street – left-hand side Parking cars (i.e. parking spaces) At the end of the road (crossing) I want to park because there is a parking space free! I drive a little ahead (driving a limosine) and insert a reverse path (still braked) & blink to the left as well. Suddenly a woman drives me in the back! Because she thought I wanted to turn left at the traffic light! (*lol*) (see sketch) I have 2 witnesses, she has 2 witnesses. came and says “unclear situation”. I described the situation exactly how it happened!! The officials took photos. (I too) I clearly emphasized that she suddenly drove in and I didn’t drive backwards (since she claimed it) 2. Is it a parking lot that you have to keep free! What do you mean it looks like for me (to the experts)? Lawyer is already on. He also doesn’t understand why the officials have marked this as “unclear situation” . I have still painted a sketch to describe better. Thank you !
