225 / 45 / 18 Year-round tyre recommendation

Hello, I would like to change to all-year tyres at the BMW F31. I would still like to have 18″ in winter and two separate wheelsets with summer and winter tyres are annoying, but above all also expensive. Alone an original BMW rim set costs mostly four digits and the tires also get old before they have left. For example, I have currently 4J old Pirelli summer tyres and they can easily slip under the hood on wet road even without significant PS, while 1 J old winter tyres stick very well on the road (although one should think that winter tyres would be a much worse choice in summer). So I would prefer to put on all-year tyres and change them more often. Now I have looked at the AMS test (225/45/R17: https://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/…/…fen-test-2018-compact class). Unfortunately, the test winner of Conti is not in the size 225/45/R18. The second-placed Goodyear Vector 4Seasons and the third-placed However, there is already Michelin CrossClimate +, but as far as I can see, without rim protection (at least there is no indication in the article descriptions at Ebay). Furthermore, the Michelins are in set >100€ cheaper and are non-runflat, which I personally would prefer (must now throw away the rear tyres because of a tyre breakdown, as Runflats). But the ASM criticizes the aquaplaning associations of the Michelins, which I do not like again. Can someone please me here please with understandable arguments and not something like this: “I have driven tires XYZ before, everything was good”. I would be very grateful for that. Greetings
