Coolant temperature warning sign lights up with warning signal

Hello, I have a problem with my car. When I start my car lights up after about 30 s the warning light for coolant temperature and there are 3 warning tones. The instructions say that either the temperature is too high or the coolant level is too low. The same problem occurred already about 1 1/2 weeks ago. There was the cooling average level actually just below the min limit. As a result I mixed G12 plus plus with a little water (about 3 parts G12 plus and 1 T) The coolant temperature cannot be too high after the start, or ? And coolant liquid is still enough in it. Is it completely at the outside temperatures ? I opened the balance tank again earlier to see if there was a little bit frozen. In the balance tank itself nothing was frozen. Also, I was able to keep the sleeper open again to see if there was anything frozen. In the balance tank itself nothing was frozen. I would be very grateful for the answers.
