Hello together On July 23rd, 15 I had my first accident, but I was not responsible for this one. On July 25th, 15 an expert came to examine the damage. On July 29th, 15 I received a copy of the report, where I was sent to the opposing insurance company. In it the following:Total damage Repair costs incl. VAT: 2375.05€ ——– Replacement value: 1380€ Remaining value: 250€ _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Insurance a letter stating the following: “The verification of the residual value of €250 from the report sent to us showed that a higher value can be achieved on the market for accident vehicles. This value amounts to 300€ incl. VAT after an offer to purchase. Please contact the buyer immediately if you cannot sell the vehicle at the aforementioned value otherwise.” What is the point of this? I would like to keep my car as it is still ready to drive. I don’t know how to proceed exactly ? That’s why I’m asking about your help I’d be happy to thank you in advance
