Hello, our Volvo now consumes about 1 liter of oil on 4000km. I have to say that it already has about 270 000 km (2 liters with 150hp). Since we are otherwise very satisfied with the car, we think about having the car repaired. But before I go to a workshop without any information and possibly get some answer, only to fill the register of the workshop (have unfortunately made several bad experiences), I would like to know which causes are mostly behind it and with which costs I would have to reckon with.
