Hello, I’ve been driving an IX35 for three years (50,000 km) and I’m getting tired of it. The car cost more than 33,000 EUR in equipment. I’ve always had some flaws. 1. bonnet flutters 2. The car has a very loud engine noise, which means the insulation is not very high. 3. The sunroof pushes against a rubber lip, which stands out a bit (estimated half a millimeter). 4. Navi: for the Spartan functionalities much too expensive. For example, the addresses of my contacts cannot be transferred to the Navi. 5. Processing is not OK. (The driver’s seat knattert) but the worst: 6. I already have the 3rd driver’s seat, which is now already defective. Even if I don’t pay for it, the guarantee expires in 2 years and I stay at the expense or on the defective seat in the truest part of the world. The hard plastic formwork of the seat is designed in such a way that the side flank of the seat drills into it when the coupling is activated. Of course, it can now be said that this is due to my weight, but I used to drive 2 Santa Fe, each with 120,000 km and 90,000 km. There it did not occur and I weighed just as much. I think I will look around so slowly for another mark if I have been driving Hyundai for almost 11 years. But before that it was always the Santa Fe. There were no such defects. I really regret that.
