Merchants don’t want to pay A-parts.

GW dealer doesn’t want to pay replacement parts Hello I bought a 10-year-old Polo 6N from the dealer about 3 months ago. Since we didn’t have a GWG and no dealer contract was concluded, I have a liability for defects for 1 year on Polo. (Effective 1/2 year due to whitening reversal) Now I noticed a defect over time. 1) The car did not jump 2 times in the warm Zusatand and wanted to start again only after about 1-2 hours. Dealer has the car ko 2) ABS lamp went on 4 weeks ago and always stays in this condition. In my opinion, the ABS was also not active, because it did not use on wet cobblestones. 3) Two weeks ago water ran under the glove compartment in the interior. (co-driver) 4) Last week the engine ran very funny and has hardly any performance. ( I think on 3 cylinders ) Now I brought the car to the dealer to have these defects corrected. Now I have to check and find nothing. In my opinion, the dealer only fixed errors 2 and 4 and also fully charged all parts. Invoice: 1 error memory read out / ABS / engine check – € 1 ignition cable and spark plugs replaced – € 1 ABS sensor off and install – € 1 set of ignition cable 45,10 € 4 spark plugs 23,60 € 1 sensor 29,60 € 1 air filter 12,30 € Subtotal 110,60 € Final sum (ink 19 % VAT) 131,61 € In my opinion, spark plugs and air filters are wear parts and thus to invoice me, but on the ABS sensor and the ignition cable this does not apply in my opinion. Or do I see this wrong ? The spark plugs were probably not as important for error 4 as the cables (I suppose that I should be sold here more because it was no longer work), but I do not understand what the air filter should have to do with one of the problems. I wanted to ask the dealer now in writing to ask me a new invoice without calculation the points sensor and ignition cable to send. Does someone happen to know what I can call myself (§ and / or judgment would be good) and whether I can lay down within the scope of material defects liability that the car is dry ? The ignition problem will probably be too difficult to prove because it occurs very rarely. ( The enough water falls however also rather rarely ) Thanks already for your answers.
